Accredited Investor Disclosure
Most of what is offered on EquityFlowX is available only to accredited investors. This explains what that means, how it is checked, and what happens if you do not qualify.
What "accredited" means
It is a status defined by United States securities regulation, and it is about financial resilience rather than skill. In broad terms an individual may qualify on income, on net worth excluding their primary residence, or by holding certain professional credentials. Entities may qualify on assets or because every one of their owners is accredited.
The thresholds and categories are set by regulation and change from time to time. The exact tests applied to your application are shown during verification.
How we check it
Ticking a box is not enough. A self-certification alone does not establish accredited status here. We take reasonable steps to verify it, which means looking at evidence — and that is a deliberate configuration of this platform, not an optional extra.
Verification typically means reviewing evidence such as tax documents, statements from a financial institution, or written confirmation from a licensed professional who has already checked. Documents you supply are stored outside the public web root, retrievable only through a permission-checked, time-limited link, and every retrieval is logged.
It expires
Accredited status verified through this platform lasts 12 months, after which it must be re-established before you can transact again. That is not administrative friction — the status describes your finances, and finances change.
If you are not accredited
You can hold an account, read the public material and contact us. You will not be able to view offering detail or make an offer. Being turned down is not a judgement about you; it means a particular regulatory exemption is not available for you.
Accreditation is not suitability
Qualifying as an accredited investor says you can bear a loss, not that you should take the risk. EquityFlowX does not assess suitability and does not advise. Read the Risk Disclosure before acting on eligibility.
