Fee Schedule
These are the fees currently configured on this platform. The table is generated from the same rules the fee engine charges from, so it cannot describe a price we do not apply.
| Fee | Paid by | Amount | Bounds | Applies to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard buyer fee | Buyer | 1% | minimum $250.00, capped at $25,000.00 | All transactions |
| Standard seller fee | Seller | 0.5% | minimum $250.00, capped at $25,000.00 | All transactions |
| Sponsored tender — reduced seller fee | Seller | 0.25% | minimum $100.00, capped at $15,000.00 | Issuer-sponsored tender |
| Issuer repurchase — no seller fee | Seller | $0.00 | — | Issuer repurchase |
How a fee is worked out
A percentage fee applies to the gross value of the transfer — quantity multiplied by price per share. Where a minimum or a cap is shown, it is applied after the percentage. The exact amount either side will pay is shown before anything is agreed, not after.
Where more than one rule above could apply to the same party, only one is charged: the most specific. Fees are not added together, so a transfer covered by both a general rule and a narrower one pays the narrower rule alone.
When it is charged
Fees attach to completed transfers. A transfer that is refused by the issuer, withdrawn, or that fails for any other reason does not attract a fee. You are never charged for an offer that is not accepted.
What is not charged
There is no fee to hold an account, to list a holding, to make an offer, or to have your identity or accredited status verified. There is no subscription and no inactivity fee.
Changes
Fees may change. A change applies to transactions entered into after it takes effect and never retrospectively to a transfer already agreed.
